Return & Refund Policy
At Bonito Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering premium beauty products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used makeup products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the product and packaging
- Our team will review and arrange a replacement or full refund
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be returned to your original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect product delivered
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
